Blending somatic healing practices, meditation, sound healing, and grounded leadership wisdom, her retreats are designed to help women move out of survival mode and back into presence, peace, and self-connection.

Known for her calming presence and deeply compassionate approach, Caroline guides women back to themselves with gentleness, honesty and care.

Retreat FAQs

Will I have to talk about things I'm not ready to share?

Not at all. Everything throughout the day is optional, and you will never be pressured to share beyond what feels comfortable to you.

Is the retreat payment refundable?

Retreat payments are non-refundable but may be transferred to another person if needed.

What if it rains?

We have covered outdoor spaces. If sever weather is expected, we will communicate any updates closer to the retreat date.

Do I need experience with meditation, yoga, or healing work?

No experience is needed. This retreat is designed to feel welcoming and supportive for all levels.

What should I bring?

Comfortable clothing & shoes, a yoga mat, water bottle, journal, and anything that helps you feel cozy and grounded.
